We offer a No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy for all unused deposits and services, subject to the following terms:

  • Refunds can be requested within 30 days of the original payment.
  • Any unused portion of your deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of the request.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment.

📌 How to Request a Refund

  • Log in to your Control Panel.
  • Navigate to My Billing → Withdraw Fund.
  • Follow the instructions provided on the refund page.
  • Ensure that all details are accurate to avoid delays in processing.

💳 Refund Processing Details

Refunds may be subject to minor currency exchange variations depending on international rates. This policy is applicable to payments made through:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • PayPal
  • Pay.PW
  • Wise

Note: If applicable, payment gateway transaction charges are non-refundable. These charges are levied directly by the payment provider and are not retained by ZLiveHost.com.

🏦 NEFT / Cheque Refunds

For refunds via NEFT or cheque, please provide the following details:

  • Beneficiary Name
  • Account Number
  • Bank Name & Branch
  • IFSC Code
  • Account Type
  • MICR Code
  • Postal Address (for cheque refunds)

🚫 Abuse / Fraud Prevention

Refunds will not be processed in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests from the same customer or IP address.
